Dispatch & Delivery Time
Cameras & Accessories:
- Delivery Time: Tracked delivery, 1 - 2 working days.
Orders are dispatched the next working day with an expected delivery within two days. Orders placed on a Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for expected delivery on Tuesday. Please note that delivery times during busy periods or to remote locations, including the Western Isles, Orkney, and Shetland, may take longer.
Order Tracking
Cameras & Accessories:
- RuralGuard cameras and accessories are sent via tracked Royal Mail or DPD delivery services, depending on the order size. A tracking reference will be sent to your email.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change delivery details, re-direct, or cancel your order. If you believe there is an error with the address or you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to intervene. However, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible as it depends on the timing of the order and when the concern was raised.
Should any loss occur due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the financial loss.
Upon receiving your order, please take responsibility for checking that the order is complete and undamaged. Take the time to inspect the contents of your order carefully for any signs of visible damage that may have occurred during transport. If any damages are noted, please contact us by emailing info@ruralguardsecurity.co.uk with an image attached highlighting the damaged area(s).
Refusing Delivery
If you choose to refuse delivery of your order, you will be subject to our return and refund policy. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Unable to Deliver
If you are not at the delivery address to receive your order and have not requested it to be left with a neighbor or in a safe space, your order will be returned to the local delivery depot. An email will be sent to notify you of this, and a new delivery attempt can be arranged. If this is not arranged within 7 working days, the order will be returned to the sender. A return charge may be assigned, and if this occurs, we reserve the right to ask you to cover the return charge in addition to a redelivery charge before we can re-dispatch the order to you.
Items Out of Stock
If the product(s) you ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time, and if this is not satisfactory, you have the right to cancel your order without any obligations, and a full refund will be issued.
