No. Our 4G cameras use their own SIM, which we fit and test before dispatch, so they work anywhere with a mobile signal. If your broadband reaches the spot, the WiFi/PoE versions work too.
Not for the Solar 360. It runs on its built-in solar panel and battery, with a USB-C top-up for the darkest winter weeks. The Defender, Stealth and Bullet need a power supply where they’re mounted.
Each 4G camera needs its own data plan, from £8.50 a month with no contract. Your SIM arrives fitted and tested, and you can change plans any time.
We check 4G coverage at your postcode before anything ships. If it won’t work at your spot, we’ll tell you and refund you in full before it ships.
No. Most people are set up in minutes using the app. If you get stuck, ring or WhatsApp us and a real person will talk you through it.
Free tracked UK delivery. Order by 2:30pm on a weekday, or 9:45am on a Saturday, and it usually ships the same day. You’ve got 30 days to change your mind, and an 18-month warranty.
