RuralGuard Return Policy

At RuralGuard, we aim to provide exceptional service and quality products. Below, you'll find our return and exchange policy details, including information about our 30-day money-back guarantee and 12-month warranty.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges can only be guaranteed if there is a technical fault with one of the products.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your order must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • Please contact us at info@ruralguardsecurity.co.uk indicating order number, reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange. At a minimum, include your contact details. 

Returns Process:

  • Returns under the 30-day money-back guarantee are at your own expense.
  • We can help arrange a UPS collection or provide a Royal Mail tracked returns label, with the cost deducted from your refund.
  • Alternatively, you can return the item via a courier of your choice.
  • Please retain your return tracking number and postage receipt until your return has been processed.

Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you by email. We aim to process returns within five working days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take 2-3 working days to appear in your account after processing.

12-Month Warranty

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery or if a technical fault occurs within the 12-month warranty period, you are eligible for a refund or replacement (depending on product availability). For faulty products:

  • Our technical team will guide you through tests to diagnose the issue.
  • If these tests are inconclusive, we will assist with returning the product for in-house testing.
  • If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a refund or replacement based on your preference.
