Does it work in remote parts of Scotland with poor signal?
Our cameras work on any 4G signal from any UK network. In very remote areas we recommend checking your mobile signal strength first — if you get 4G on your phone, the camera will work. We can advise on the best setup for your specific location.
Do I need a professional to install it?
No. RuralGuard cameras are designed for self-installation. Most customers are set up and live within 20 minutes. If you need help, Graham is available by phone or FaceTime to walk you through it personally.
Will it work in Scottish winter weather?
Yes. Our cameras are IP66 weatherproof rated and designed to operate in extreme outdoor conditions including heavy rain, frost, and snow. Scottish winters are no problem.
